Overview

This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience. You don’t just sell Fashion — you build confidence, creativity, and consistency across the entire team.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Fashion category lead total Fashion category performance - including sales, behaviors, and standards
  • Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
  • Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution
  • Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion and own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection, and adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches
  • Build team capability through monthly coaching, observing or coaching one Fashion presentation per team member each month, delivering real-time actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling, and turning training into daily behaviors and habits
  • Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express their creativity through styling and layering, discovering their personal style through curated recommendations, celebrating meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry, driving performance excellence, improving key KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors, reinforcing consistent Fashion presentations across the team, leading by example through personal performance, leading and developing talent, partnering with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent, and building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success
