We have an opening for an Assistant Manager at Plato's Closet Murfreesboro!

Plato's Closet is part of a nationwide network of franchise stores specializing in gently-used, teen and young adult clothing. We stock the latest trends in clothing and accessories from the hottest brand-name designers for girls and guys.
We are looking for dedicated and fashion-forward applicants excited to work each day with customers from all walks of life. We encourage diversity and self-expression in both our employees and our product, and welcome new perspectives to bring about a more diverse culture in our store.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Create a positive store experience by greeting them immediately, and by handling transactions professionally and enthusiastically
  • Become familiar with brands, products, and prices
  • Buy used clothing and accessories
  • Tell customers about promotions
  • Price and ticket items, restock store according to merchandising plan
  • Maintain store displays and inventory levels
  • Assist manager in scheduling and managing employees
  • Lead team meetings
  • Provide guidance and training to junior employees
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store
  • Be confident in enforcing company policy
  • Ability to execute company floor-sets
