Hotel Equities is looking for an Restaurant Supervisor at the Dynamite restaurant located in the Farnam Hotel in Omaha, NE.

About the Role:

  • $21.00/hour
  • Part-time hours with the potential to add more as business needs evolve
  • Sundays: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Mondays 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Supervisor will actively participate in inventory control, financial management, and staff training to drive profitability and operational excellence. They will serve as a key point of contact for both employees and customers, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to achieving the restaurant’s business goals and fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
