This position is ideal for individuals with prior insurance experience seeking to enhance their sales abilities, deepen client relationships, and pursue a long-term career trajectory with potential for future agency ownership within the Farmers Insurance network.
About the Role
As an Agent in Training, you will play a critical role in delivering customized insurance solutions to clients while developing advanced business and sales skills under the mentorship of an engaged, experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
