Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for a Processing Assistant:Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.

DUTIES:

  • MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND ASEPTIC SYSTEMS.
  • SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND ASEPTIC PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
  • SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT (TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.)
  • PERFORM ASSIGNED PM's, REBUILD VALVES,PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.
  • OPERATE AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
  • LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS. ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.
  • WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.
  • COMPLETE AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIRMENTS.
  • ADHERE TO ALL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES.DUTIES AS ASSIGN

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Production or general work experienced preferred
Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
Able to effectively work in a team environment
Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals
Must be able to read, write and speak English
