Job description

Farm Laborer Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Farm Laborer to join our team. This is a year-round, full-time position, but you must be willing to work overtime during harvest and planting season. During the off-season, you will assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment, building maintenance and repair, assist grain facility operation/grain hauling. Our ideal applicant has experience working on a farm in all types of weather.

Farm Laborer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with planting and harvesting
  • Operating farm machinery
  • Building site maintenance and repair
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Assist with grain delivery and logistics
  • Assist with other general labor tasks as needed

Farm Laborer Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license, Class A is preferred
  • Experience operating tractors and other farming equipment preferred
  • Ability to work overtime during harvest season
