POSITION OVERVIEW:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 60-90 days. This role is ideal for someone with prior insurance experience who can step in quickly to assist with daily office operations, customer support, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable handling customer interactions, and able to support a fast-paced insurance office with both service and administrative responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist customers with general policy and billing questions
  • Complete and process forms and other insurance-related documentation
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
  • Accept and process customer payments
  • Provide administrative support to the office and service team
  • Assist with follow-up requests and day-to-day office needs
  • Support smooth office operations through strong attention to detail and communication

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior insurance industry experience is required
  • Active insurance license required (Florida 2-20, 4-40 or 20-44)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to learn agency systems and processes quickly

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
  • Temporary position expected to last approximately 60-90 days
  • Pay range: $18-26 per hour, based on experience and licensing
  • Opportunity to work with a supportive and professional insurance team
