To strengthen our team at the Orlando location, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering Technician. As a key member of MicroVision’s Hardware Design Engineering team, you will provide critical hands-on technical support across hardware development, laboratory operations, and product build activities for automotive LiDAR products.
Summary:The Senior Engineering Electrical Technician is a highly skilled, hands-on technical resource responsible for supporting hardware development and validation activities across MicroVision’s engineering teams. This role demands expert-level bench skills including BGA rework, complex hand wiring modifications, and precision small electronics assembly. In addition to direct hardware support, this individual serves as the Engineering Lab Manager for the Orlando facility, owning laboratory compliance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable executing intricate rework on cutting-edge hardware and ensuring the lab operates as a safe, organized, and compliant environment.

MicroVision offers a flexible work schedule that could include a hybrid schedule of onsite and remote work, subject to team and business needs.
