Receptionist
John Jensen State Farm is Waunakee's highly rated insurance agency (4.9★ on Google and voted Favorite Insurance Agency three years running). We're looking for a friendly, organized professional to become the first impression of our office.
While you'll greet customers, answer phones, and keep things running smoothly, this role is much more than sitting behind a front desk. You'll build relationships with customers, solve problems, and become a trusted resource for people during some of life's biggest moments.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer questions, schedule appointments, and direct customers to the right team member.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and general service needs.
  • Process policy updates accurately and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Build lasting relationships by getting to know our customers and providing outstanding service.
  • Recognize when customers may benefit from reviewing their insurance and help connect them with the appropriate team member.
