Position Summary
This position will support the Executive Events team, which includes the Sr. Director of Executive Events and Sr. Manager of Executive Events. The Executive Events Specialist is primarily an administrative role that requires impeccable attention to detail, being able to multi-task, take initiative and work independently. In addition to administrative tasks required for lead-up to events, this role also requires working event days (all Atlanta Falcons home games, select Atlanta United matches, third party & personal events). This position is for someone who thrives in "behind the scenes" supportive work, but also has a hospitality, events and logistical mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Mercedes-Benz Stadium
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of the Chairman's Suite for all events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, including but not limited to:
    • Guest email communications and logistics
    • Guest bio creation and management
    • Seating card production
    • Vendor and staff parking pass distribution
    • Suite floral and décor coordination
    • Liaison with Levy Food & Beverage team
    • Menu review and editing with Levy Food & Beverage team
    • Meeting scheduling and coordination with internal department and external vendors
  • Execute high-level hospitality and guest experience elements for the Chairman's Suite, including guest management, catering, décor, and event-day logistics.
  • Provide on-site event support and staffing for:
    • Atlanta Falcons (ALL home games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium)
    • The following events, at the discretion of the Senior Director and Senior Manager, Executive Events:
      • Atlanta United
      • NWSL (2028)
      • Concerts
      • College Football
      • Miscellaneous Third-Party Events
  • Manage master gratuity grid for all MBS events and ensure it is updated monthly.
    • AF, AU, NWSL, Concerts, College Football, NWSL, Misc. Third-Party Events
  • Assist with the coordination, design, and production of Chairman's Suite badges and lanyards for Mercedes-Benz Stadium events.
  • Support the Senior Manager with suite invitation ideation, creation, and distribution.
  • Work with BFOB leadership to create suite guest invite lists (AF & AU & NWSL).
  • Create MBS event grids (AF, AU, NWSL, Third Party, etc.). to track guest attendance.

Ticketing
  • Manage guest ticket and parking distribution for Mercedes-Benz Stadium events, including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, NWSL (2028), concerts, college football games, and third-party events.
  • Coordinate BFOB associate surveys to assess interest and facilitate attendance opportunities for Mercedes-Benz Stadium events and experiences.

Gifting/Merchandise Coordination
  • Support the Senior Manager, Executive Events, in the development and execution of gifting for Chairman's Suite guests for Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United seasons.
  • Assist with the development and curation of gifting for visiting NFL owners at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
  • Manage post-event guest gifting programs for Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and NWSL suite guests.
  • Coordinate retail merchandise purchases and custom orders, including suite apparel, team-branded merchandise, commemorative items, and other specialty requests.
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and distribution of annual holiday gifts for Chairman's Suite Associates.
  • Manage Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and NWSL (2028) Signing Day operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, and pickup/drop-off coordination.
  • Responsible for the ordering of below retail items:
    • Atlanta Falcons Suite Giveaways
    • Atlanta United Scarves Match Day Giveaways
    • Retail merchandise requests for the Chairman, family members, friends, and VIP guests

State Farm Arena & Truist Park
  • Work with the Chief of Staff team to send State Farm Arena and Truist Park events quarterly for Chairman interest.
  • Coordinate BFOB associate surveys to assess interest and facilitate attendance opportunities for events at State Farm Arena and Truist Park.
  • Distribute tickets and parking passes for approved events, ensuring timely delivery and accurate guest communications.

Auctions & Donation Grid
  • Responsible for assembling and coordination creative sports team related gift baskets for special recipients (friends, auctions, etc.), as needed.
  • Maintain master grid and track donations including:
    • Signed Memorabilia
    • VIP Experiences

Golf Entities: TGL, WTGL, Dream. Speak. Live. Golf Tournament & Hilton Head Golf Outing
TGL & WTGL
  • Work with BFOB leadership to create suite guest invite lists
  • Create TGL & WTGL event grids to track guest attendance.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Manager, Executive Events, on the planning and execution of the TGL and WTGL Owner's Suite, including:
    • Guest bio development and management
    • Seating card production
    • Menu review and coordination
    • Meeting scheduling and administrative support
    • Assist the Senior Manager, Executive Events, with suite gifting initiatives for TGL and WTGL matches.

Hilton Head Golf Outing & Dream. Speak. Live. Golf Tournament
  • Serve as transportation lead and dispatcher for the Hilton Head Golf Outing, Dream. Speak. Live., and Floridian Golf Trips, overseeing guest transportation logistics.
  • Act as primary hotel liaison for Dream. Speak. Live. and on-site hotel operations lead for the Hilton Head Golf Outing.
  • Design and develop creative digital save the date communications and guest registration websites for Dream. Speak. Live. and the Hilton Head Golf Outing, ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience.
  • Manage guest registration for the Hilton Head Golf Outing and Dream. Speak. Live.
  • Support the planning and execution of the Hilton Head Golf Outing, including activities, printed materials, guest biographies, décor, gifting, and other event logistics.
  • Coordinate with Finance to maintain master gratuity trackers for TGL, WTGL, Dream. Speak. Live., and the Hilton Head Golf Outing.

Administrative Duties:
  • Coordinate the pickup, delivery, shipping, and receipt of packages in support of Executive Events team operations and event execution.
  • Assist Executive Events team with shopping, returns and Amazon orders for supplies at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and other events.
  • Track, reconcile, and maintain invoice records for the Executive Events team.
