Make history with us.HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE As a Seasonal Production Operator or Forklift Driver, you will play an important role in supporting the production of trusted Campbell?s products during our busiest season. By maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and ensuring efficient material movement and production operations, you will help keep our facility running smoothly while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.WHAT YOU WILL DO Perform general production and manufacturing support tasks as assigned.Conduct required quality inspections and safety checks throughout the production process.Accurately complete production records and maintain required operational data.Maintain adequate supplies and materials to support efficient operations.Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes as directed.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).For forklift assignments, safely transport materials, ingredients, finished goods, and other products throughout the facility.Assist with maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and asset performance.Support overtime and additional operational needs as required.Perform other duties as assigned.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will collaborate closely with:Production Team MembersForklift Operators and Material HandlersSupervisors and Manufacturing LeadersQuality and Food Safety TeamsWarehouse and Logistics PersonnelSafety Team MembersWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (MUST HAVE)Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to perform general labor and production support activities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to accurately complete required documentation and records.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to carry, push, pull, stoop, bend, twist, climb stairs, stand, and walk throughout the shift.Willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Commitment to following all safety, quality, and food safety requirements.IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE (NICE TO HAVE)Previous manufacturing or production experience.Forklift operating experience.Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.Experience performing quality checks and production documentation.Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.SHIFT INFORMATIONPotential Available Shifts:1st Shift6:00 AM 2:30 PM7:00 AM 3:30 PM2nd Shift2:00 PM 10:30 PM3:00 PM 11:30 PM3rd Shift10:00 PM 6:30 AM11:00 PM 7:30 AMWeekly ScheduleMandatory Monday through Friday scheduleOpportunity for daily overtime up to 12-hour shiftsWeekend work scheduled based on business needsCOMPENSATIONSeasonal Production OperatorStarting Pay: $20.48 per hourSeasonal Forklift DriverStarting Pay: $21.20 per hourIndividual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
