Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, customer service oriented individual with retail experience. Position offers an opportunity to oversee the Feed departments as well as excel in other areas of the store while providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Product knowledge - feed, farm, ranch
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for work weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Merchandising/Setting displays
  • Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
