Shift: 2nd Shift.
Reports To: Production Manager.

Job Description:
About the Role:
The Supervisor at Tarter Tube, plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This position involves leading a team, coordinating workflow, and acting as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate clear communication and effective problem-solving. The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and support to team members, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ultimately, the Supervisor contributes to the overall success of Tarter Tube by driving operational excellence and supporting the development of a motivated and high-performing team.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Technical diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
