How You Will Create an Impact
Traveling throughout the state of New York:
- Evaluate and underwrite new business submissions within your assigned territory to ensure profitable growth.
- Bringing our brand to life by ensuring consistent and impactful communication of our products and services to agents and brokers.
- Representing Farm Family in client and agent meetings, demonstrating expertise and elevating the customer experience.
- Educate, coach,and train Agents on underwriting procedures, philosophy, and products.

The base salary range is $88,000 - $110,000 (based on experience). Additionally, this position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
