Job description

Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to support the growth and expansion of our women's business across Buffalo and Esprit. This role will focus on developing opportunities within Off-Price, Department Store, Mid-Tier Retail, with potential expansion into mass channels. As the future direction of these brands continues to evolve, we are looking for an individual who can help shape the strategy, identify new opportunities, and build meaningful customer relationships that drive sustainable growth.

Specific responsibilities would include:

  • Drive sales growth for Buffalo and Esprit women's businesses across existing and new channels.
  • Develop strategic account plans and cultivate strong retailer partnerships.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, design, and marketing teams to develop customer-focused assortments.
  • Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage seasonal sell-ins, business reviews, and account negotiations.
  • Deliver sales, margin, and profitability objectives.

Our best fit candidate would have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the apparel industry, preferably in denim, western, workwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong existing relationships within the Western retail channel.
  • Experience working with brands such as Wrangler, Ariat, Cinch, Levi's Western, Rock & Roll Denim, or similar.
  • Proven success managing and growing accounts such as Boot Barn, Cavender's, Sheplers, Murdoch's, Tractor Supply, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and other Western and farm/ranch retailers.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, line planning, margin management, and retail sell-through metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new distribution opportunities.
