Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and champion our customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring every interaction with Tarter is exceptional, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Consistently strive to hit revenue generating growth goals.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively, including Sales, Logistics, and Product Development.
  • Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to improve service delivery.
  • Selling to external customers & assisting outside sales with selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant experience in these or similar fields.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
