Job description

Farm Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cattle, a strong background in agricultural mechanics, and extensive knowledge of row crop production.

Farm Operations Assistant Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily cattle care including feeding, health monitoring, and general husbandry.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery.
  • Support planting, cultivating, and harvesting of row crops.
  • Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities.
  • Assist with other farm duties as assigned.
Farm Operations Assistant Qualifications
  • Experience working with cattle is preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in agricultural mechanics and equipment maintenance.
  • Proven experience with row crop production and management.
  • Ability to operate farm machinery safely.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Class A CDL is not required but considered a plus.
