Job Description

Twin Farms is seeking a skilled and thoughtful Massage Therapist to join our team. This role is all about creating a calm, personalized experience for each guest, someone who takes pride in their craft and understands that attention to detail makes all the difference.

What You'll Do

  • Provide massage and body treatments in line with our service standards and guest expectations
  • Tailor each service to the individual needs of the guest, including assessing any contraindications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, following all sanitation and safety protocols
  • Stay knowledgeable about all spa services and products, and confidently guide guests with recommendations when appropriate
  • Ensure all treatments begin and end on time
  • Keep treatment notes and guest records as needed
  • Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and general upkeep of work areas
  • Communicate product or supply needs to management
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Guest Experience

  • Create a warm, professional, and attentive experience from start to finish
  • Answer guest questions with confidence and care
  • Respond thoughtfully to guest needs, requests, or concerns
  • Help promote other spa services and amenities in a natural, helpful way
Qualifications
