Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing. Role:
 
The Live Haul Field Supervisor will work closely with the Live Haul Operations Manager to oversee our operations on farm, working alongside contract catching crews and company operators. 
Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring overall catching and live haul operations. 
  • Oversee the humane and safe catching of live birds from barns. Assist in spotting live haul truck and trailer into position.
  • Operating a forklift.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for both birds and staff.
  • Monitor the loading of birds into modules and crates.
  • Supervise the safe and proper usage of heavy farm equipment and vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with Company and Government regulations.
  • Coverage when there is a staffing shortage for truck drivers and forklift operators
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Class 1 license with Air.
  • Forklift License is an asset (Will provide training)
  • 2 years in leadership as a team lead or supervisor.
  • High degree of focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in regard to shifts start and end times.
