YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Busser/Server's Assistant, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by setting tables; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining establishment.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
  • Clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station
  • Wipe tables, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table
  • Assist wait staff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use
  • Must be able to identify and explain all dishes on current menus
  • Perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
