Job description

ANINE BING is looking for a Associate Graphic Designer to join its Creative Team based in Los Angeles.

This role is responsible for supporting the development of compelling graphic design assets across all customer touchpoints. You'll help bring the brand to life across our omnichannel experience—including emails, SMS, social media, and broader digital-led campaigns—while also contributing to larger brand marketing initiatives, all under the guidance of our Creative Director and Creative Operations Manager.

As a graphic designer on the Creative team, you're detail-oriented, visually intuitive, and deeply connected to fashion and culture. You bring strong design fundamentals and a passion for aesthetics and brand storytelling through elevated, refined visuals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design elevated, on-brand creative assets for digital and print channels, including website, product pages, emails, SMS, social media, and paid media.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all design work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and art direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, marketers, and merchandisers to deliver cohesive storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the concepting and execution of seasonal campaigns and key brand moments through innovative, strategic design.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant design experience, including internships or freelance work; experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across e-commerce, marketing, and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or motion design is a bonus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of composition, balance, and visual consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; receptive to feedback and eager to grow.
  • Deep interest in fashion, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to work independently.

Benefits & Perks

  • Work/Life Balance: Enjoy flexible work schedules, generous paid time off, and additional summer days to recharge and reset.
  • Wellness: We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—with ANINE BING covering a significant portion of the cost. Our benefits extend to your family and include a generous parental leave program.
  • Style Perks: Enjoy a generous employee discount and seasonal wardrobe allotments—so you can live the brand, not just represent it.
