Job description

Job Overview:

The Concierge Supervisor is a highly engaged and skilled leader who is equipped, in collaboration with the operations and/or Assistant Manager, to take on the operations of the store. This involves overseeing the concierge team to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to immerse themselves in all aspects of the business, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for improving performance of the store by increasing sales and maximizing profitably through supporting and developing the store  team in store operation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes plans to maximize sales opportunities through operational focuses and takes action to obtain highest level of profitability for the store.
  • The achievement of key operational targets & deadlines.
  • Ensuring all enquiries to the info and concierge email address are dealt with daily and with a sense of urgency and proficiency.
  • Managing the DSM Concierge Report and ensuring it get sent nightly
  • Ensuring communication with all sales staff as well as the VIP department maintaining to support them in their sales with their customers
  • Overseeing and controlling cost of couriers, shipping and gifting
  • Pre-approval of DHL and courier invoices
  • Stationery and Supply orders for the Store (purchase orders)
  • Preparation of Press loans
  • Logging all incoming deliveries and keeping the recipients informed. (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Messenger)
  • Prepare Monthly Tax Audits on all Shipped Orders in partnership with accounting
  • Manage seamless execution of Farfetch orders and returns, including accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage seamless execution of E-Shop Shared Stock Orders & Returns
  • Overseeing and Preparing all E-Shop and Farfetch Photography Slotting, including pulling, packing and unpacking.
  • Assisting and partnering with the Management Team on all stock movement including Store to Store Transfers, Cycle Counts, RTVs and Stock Checks
  • Overseeing and controlling all After Service Repairs including Apparel, Leather, Knit & Jewellery repairs (collection and delivery)
  • Managing all Paypal Links for In-Store and Distance Orders on Launch & Supreme Days.
  • Managing all Launch Shopify Links in partnership with VIP Team, E-Shop Team and Merchandise Team.
  • Execute invoicing and processing distance sales for all VIP Allocations.
  • Maintenance of the Stock Discrepancy Log in partnership with Inventory Control
  • Oversee all In-Store Damages in partnership with Inventory Control and ensuring all damages are logged monthly.

  • A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse at all levels both internally and externally with staff and clientele.

  • Structured and organized but nonetheless be approachable and have a flexible outlook.

Key Requirements:

  • Retail leadership and expertise within a luxury business for at least 2 years
  • Specific understanding of the Comme des Garcons, aesthetic, consumer and sub-brands. Previous experience in selling CDG brands beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required
