BE WICKED INC. is a growing fashion company specializing in lingerie, sleepwear, shapewear, swimwear, and fashion accessories. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping grow sales.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize product line sheets.
  • Email line sheets to existing customers and follow up regularly.
  • Contact both existing and new customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Book pre-orders and work to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through email and phone.
  • Coordinate samples and assist customers with product information.
  • Travel 2–3 times per year to trade shows.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to help achieve company sales goals.
  • Keep customer information organized using Excel and other computer programs.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or clothing industry (required).
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using computers and business software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
