Position: On-Premise & Off-Premise Sales Representative – San Diego

What we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow Dady’O Mezcal throughout the San Diego market.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on developing both on-premise accounts (restaurants, bars, hotels) and off-premise accounts (liquor stores, wine & spirits retailers).

The ideal candidate already understands the San Diego hospitality and beverage market and, preferably, has existing relationships with beverage directors, bar managers, restaurant owners, liquor store buyers, and other key decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open new on-premise and off-premise accounts throughout San Diego.
  • Maintain and grow existing Dady’O accounts.
  • Generate consistent reorders and improve sell-through.
  • Visit accounts regularly and maintain direct relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
  • Identify high-potential restaurants, bars, hotels and liquor stores.
  • Present the brand, conduct sales meetings and coordinate tastings when strategically needed.
  • Work with distributors and account buyers to ensure product availability and follow up on orders.
  • Identify menu placement and cocktail opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, visits, opportunities, sales and follow-ups in the company CRM.
  • Provide weekly reporting on activity, new accounts, reorders, opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure that all account relationships and contact information are properly documented and accessible to the company.
  • Represent Dady’O professionally at industry events and local activations.


Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of sales experience in spirits, wine, beverage or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of the San Diego restaurant, bar and liquor-store market.
  • Existing buyer relationships are a major plus.
  • Proven ability to prospect and open new accounts.
  • Comfortable walking into accounts, asking for the buyer and creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable spending most of the working week in the field.
  • Comfortable working with measurable sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM or structured sales reporting.
  • Passion for premium spirits and ability to communicate a brand story naturally.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
