The role requires strong writing abilities, discretion, and adherence to platform guidelines. A successful Fantasy Text Chat Operator possesses excellent written communication skills, creativity, and strong command of the English language. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, live chat platforms, and typing proficiency are often required.
