Mitigation Technician
Full-Time | Belgrade, MT | Year-Round Work
Pay: $26-27]/hour, based on experience

Additional compensation:
  • Overtime opportunities
  • $100 callout bonus plus time-and-a-half for qualifying after-hours emergency work
  • $100 callout bonus plus double time for qualifying holiday emergency work

You’ll be part of the crew that responds first when disaster strikes. That means:
  • Water extraction, drying, demolition, fire cleanup, and mold remediation
  • Securing properties (board-ups, temporary protection)
  • Using professional equipment—not guesswork
  • Working directly in homes and businesses with respect and urgency
  • Leaving job sites cleaner, safer, and better than you found them
This work is physical. It’s fast-paced. And it makes a difference.
