Location: Western Branch Blvd, Chesapeake, VA

We are seeking highly motivated Shift Leaders that have great customer service skills and leadership skills. Essential Job Functions:

Responsibility of assigned location for either opening, closing, or working mid shifts

Schedule monitoring: Keeping people accountable for knowing their hours

Training and offering leadership to your crew members

Fan Relations: Turning Frowns into Smiles

Cost Controls: Keeping an eye on food and labor costs

Cash handling: Counting at closing and money to the bank
