Fan Relations Specialist

Location: Dairy Queen

Starting Pay: $16/hour (Full-Time)

About the Role

As a Fan Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary service to every guest who walks through our doors. This is more than just a cashier or front counter job — it's a customer engagement position designed to build fan loyalty and enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest with warmth and energy — create a "Wow!" experience.
  • Assist guests with orders and ensure 100% accuracy every time.
  • Resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, including dining room and restrooms.
  • Promote surveys and encourage feedback to help us grow.
  • Identify regular guests and personalize their experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
