Job Summary: As a Dairy Queen Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Dairy Queen department. Your role involves preparing and serving Dairy Queen treats, providing friendly and efficient customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Dairy Queen area. Join us in creating smiles and satisfying sweet cravings for our customers.
Examples of Duties:
  • Prepare and serve Dairy Queen products, including ice cream cones, sundaes, and blizzards.

  • Greet customers and take their orders with a smile, providing product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.

  • Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the Dairy Queen area, including wiping down counters, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.

  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.

  • Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of Dairy Queen products.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed, including preparing and cleaning equipment.
