Omni Family of Services is hiring a full-time Family Support Specialist to work with children and families throughout Hamilton County.

This is a home and community-based position. You will work directly with children, caregivers, and families in their homes, schools, and communities to help them build skills, strengthen relationships, increase stability, and navigate behavioral health and family challenges.

What you bring to this role:

  • QMHS eligibility in Ohio
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with children, families, behavioral health, child welfare, or other human-service settings preferred
  • Comfortable providing services inside family homes and in community settings
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Lived experience caring for someone with behavioral health challenges is valued
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
