WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Provides excellent member experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships through the Video Teller Machines.
  • Assist members with accurately processing a variety of video teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and other various requests.
  • Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and accuracy while balancing each transaction and verifying cash totals.
  • Assists Contact Center growth by achieving established referral goals.
  • Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Customer service and data entry experience is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be highly detailed.
