• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using our advanced telehealth platform.
• Perform in-depth assessments of clients' relational dynamics, mental health concerns, and family systems, leading to personalized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Utilize family systems theory and effective therapeutic interventions to address multifaceted relationship issues, improve communication, and alleviate family stressors.
• Provide on-demand support and crisis intervention to patients as necessary, ensuring safety and client well-being.
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards in therapy documentation.
• Equip clients with tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to navigate their relationships more effectively.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of skilled therapists and mental health professionals, sharing insights and resources to provide holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in family therapy.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing personal challenges, couples experiencing relational distress, and families needing guidance to manage complex dynamics. Your work will assist clients from varied cultural backgrounds and life experiences, emphasizing the importance of sensitivity and adaptability in treatment approaches.

• Must hold a current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in the mental health field, focusing on marriage and family therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for virtual interactions, enabling you to connect effectively with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in a therapeutic setting.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently, managing your schedule and workload efficiently.
• Flexible availability to accommodate clients across multiple time zones.

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services is highly desirable, although not mandated.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Background in crisis intervention and family systems theory is a plus.
