Director of Family Services

MIWRC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and collaborative leader to serve as our Director of Family Services. This leadership role oversees MIWRC's family programming, including the ICWA Collaborative, Life Skills Parenting Program, and Family Spirit Home Visiting Program, while providing supervision, coaching, and support to Family Services staff.
The Director works closely with executive leadership to strengthen services for Native women, children, and families through trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive programming. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program development, budget oversight, grant compliance, community partnerships, case consultation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related human services field required; Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field preferred.
- Experience supervising staff and developing family or human services programs
- Experience working with Native American communities
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
- Valid driver's license
