ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND: Corazon Healdsburg is a nonprofit organization committed to building a compassionate and just community by empowering and dignifying individuals and families, advocating against injustice, and bringing people together to celebrate diversity.
Corazon Healdsburg operates a bilingual Family Resource Center and provides family support services, education, financial guidance, and emergency assistance to individuals and families throughout Northern Sonoma County. We work alongside community members and local partners to strengthen access to resources, amplify community voice, and create opportunities for connection and belonging.
Our work is grounded in the belief that individuals and families have strengths, knowledge, and lived experience that should guide the services and solutions designed to support them.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Family Resource Center Manager provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations and service delivery of Corazon Healdsburg's Family Resource Center (FRC). The Manager supervises FRC staff, coordinates client services, supports staff development, oversees program data and reporting, manages program workflows, develops community partnerships, and works with the Director of Programs to monitor program and grant budgets.
The FRC provides bilingual, family-centered, and culturally responsive services to individuals and families throughout Northern Sonoma County. Services may include information and referrals, resource navigation, family advocacy, case management, emergency assistance, and connections to community-based services.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring that services are delivered consistently, respectfully, and in alignment with Corazon Healdsburg's mission, program goals, policies, and applicable funding requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Supervision
Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and supervision to Family Resource Center staff.
Conduct regular individual supervision and team meetings.
Establish clear expectations, priorities, and workflows for the FRC team; support staff in managing caseloads, prioritizing work, navigating complex client needs, and maintaining effective service delivery.
Delegate responsibilities, monitor team capacity and workload, follow up on assignments and deadlines, and address performance, communication, and operational concerns in a timely and constructive manner, in collaboration with the Director of Programs and Human Resources as appropriate.
Create a collaborative, respectful, and supportive team environment grounded in accountability, equity, and mutual respect.
Ensure that FRC services are accessible, consistent, and responsive to community needs.
Provide or support direct client services, including information and referrals, resource navigation, family advocacy, case management, follow-up, and connection to community resources, as needed.
Support staff in conducting effective client assessments that identify both the immediate reason for contact and additional needs or opportunities for support.
Assist staff in responding to complex or high-priority client situations.
Monitor service delivery to identify gaps, barriers, trends, and opportunities for improvement, Regularly assess FRC processes and service delivery to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries when working with clients and sensitive information.
Use client feedback, staff input, program data, and community trends to inform program decisions.
Promote practices that center the dignity, strengths, and self-determination of individuals and families.
Oversee the daily operations of the Family Resource Center.
Develop, maintain, and implement program procedures, workflows, and tools that support effective service delivery.
Coordinate staff schedules, coverage, meetings, and program activities.
Ensure that program activities are implemented in accordance with organizational policies, grant requirements, and established procedures.
Coordinate with other Corazon Healdsburg departments to support integrated services and a consistent experience for community members.
Ensure timely and accurate collection and entry of Family Resource Center data.
Oversee staff use of Salesforce and other systems used to document client services and program activities.
Monitor data quality and address gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
Review program data to identify trends, service needs, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
Support the development and improvement of intake forms, surveys, tracking systems, and other data collection tools.
Collect and document client stories and program outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and confidentiality requirements.
Prepare program data and narratives for internal reporting, funder reports, and organizational planning.
Work with the Director of Programs to monitor and manage FRC program and grant budgets.
Track program expenditures and identify potential budgetary concerns or changes in program needs.
Support grant reporting by providing accurate program data, outcomes, narratives, and other required information.
Ensure program activities are implemented in accordance with grant requirements and funding restrictions.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with community-based organizations, public agencies, schools, service providers, and other partners.
Represent Corazon Healdsburg and the Family Resource Center at community meetings, collaborative tables, and interagency meetings.
Coordinate referrals and service connections with partner organizations.
Collaborate with partners to identify service gaps and opportunities for improved coordination.
Support and coordinate workshops, information sessions, and other educational opportunities based on community needs.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Corazon Healdsburg's other program areas and leadership.
Participate in organizational projects and initiatives that support Corazon Healdsburg's mission and strategic priorities.
Demonstrate leadership to strengthen team cohesion across departments by creating a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture; creating opportunities for team building and connection.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, including the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in verbal and written settings.
Minimum 2 years experience supervising, mentoring, or providing leadership to staff.
Three to five years of experience in direct service, case management, family support, community services, or a related field.
Experience providing or overseeing services using strengths-based, family-centered, or trauma-informed approaches.
Demonstrated knowledge of community resources and service systems in Sonoma County.
Experience working with low-income individuals and families experiencing barriers to accessing services from diverse cultural, racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
Experience using data to monitor program activities, outcomes, or service delivery.
Experience with customer relationship management or case management databases; Salesforce experience preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office technology.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment when working with sensitive information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a community-based nonprofit or Family Resource Center.
Experience with grant-funded programs and grant reporting.
Experience with program development, evaluation, or continuous quality improvement.
Knowledge of local systems and resources related to housing, food access, utilities, immigration, education, domestic violence, and other family support services.
Experience facilitating community meetings, workshops, or presentations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The essential functions of this position may require the ability to sit at a desk and perform phone or computer work for extended periods, communicate verbally, and lift or move paperwork, files, and computer equipment up to 25 pounds.
