Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Family Health Care in Cadillac, Michigan.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with experienced Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, RN Case Managers, Behavioral Health Therapists, and Clinical Pharmacists.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
  • Receive dedicated administrative time to support documentation and patient care.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school.
  • Current Michigan Medical License or ability to obtain.
  • Michigan Controlled Substance License.
  • Current DEA Registration.
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Ability to independently manage comprehensive outpatient primary care.
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
