Primary Care NP/PA (High Compensation + Bonus) โ€“ Mesa, AZ

$160,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $180,000+)

Weโ€™re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a fast-paced, high-performing Primary Care / Value-Based Care clinic in Mesa, AZ. This is a great fit for a provider who enjoys staying busy, leading a strong support team, and practicing efficiently with excellent structure.

Compensation & Benefits

$160,000 guaranteed base salary
Up to $20,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
Total comp potential: $180,000+
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO + CME
401(k) with match
Malpractice coverage

Schedule

  • Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

  • No weekends

  • Built-in workflow support: MA + Scribe

  • Protected admin time daily for chart closure

Role Expectations

  • Manage 23 patients/day (20-minute templates)

  • Address HEDIS care gaps and document HCC/RAF accurately

Requirements

  • Active NP (APRN) or PA-C license in AZ

  • 3 years Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine experience

  • Value-Based Care experience preferred

  • Athena EMR preferred
