Job description

A leading multispecialty practice in NJ, recognized for its commitment to high-quality patient care, is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join its expanding team. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation : $220000 - $250000

Job Function:
  • Some locations have adolescents but no true pediatrics, should be comfortable with adolescents and adults.
  • Receive 30 day orientation with 1 hr per patient building way up to a max of 28 patients over a 10 hr day.
  • Call of one week per quarter telephone call only expect 2-3 calls per night when on call.
  • Practice has large focus on quality care, receive a report every Monday to outline services you provided and quality initiatives (referrals, wellness, patient reviews).

Job Requirements:
  • Residency training in family medicine.
  • Board eligibility/board certification required.
  • License in NJ required at start of employment.
