Position Title: Family Law Attorney
This role presents an opportunity for a Family Law Attorney to contribute significantly to a supportive and close-knit legal team. The attorney will manage a diverse caseload while engaging in essential client interactions and legal procedures. The position requires adaptability to navigate various cases and issues effectively. Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE
Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse caseload in family law
  • Assist in discovery, depositions, and trial preparations
  • Engage in client interactions and maintain strong client relationships
  • Submit daily time sheets for billing purposes
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases when necessary

Family Law Attorney Requirements:
  • Barred in California
  • Ability to meet billable hour requirements (1,300/year)
  • 2-5 years of family law experience is preferred
  • Experience in civil litigation with discovery, motion, and courtroom experience is preferred
  • Family law paralegal experience with a substantial work history is preferred
  • Knowledge of disclosures, motions, and trial preparation is preferred
  • Flexibility in work hours and willingness to work occasionally beyond standard hours are preferred
