The Strategy Intern is naturally curious and has a strategic mindset. They are avid explorers of information and know how to connect the dots across information sources. The Strategy Intern is proactive, intuitive and an excellent storyteller with strong research skills and an analytical mindset.
What you’ll do:
  • Conduct secondary and primary research to uncover actionable insights
  • Analyze and monitor brands/products to develop competitive analyses
  • Transform research findings into interesting, inspiring and meaningful overviews
  • Collaborate on strategic briefs to guide creative teams in delivering impactful campaigns
  • Support content strategy in building messaging and positioning matrices
  • Work in true collaboration with the strategy team and cross-functional teams (creative, media, social, public relations, etc.)
  • Build custom GPTs and utilize AI platforms to support their team(s)
  • Advocate for both the brand and the target audience to ensure resonance and relevance
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the agency and contribute to a variety of projects

  • Genuine interest in brand strategy, content strategy, consumer insights, brand planning and creative problem-solving
  • Fundamental understanding of and practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation Details:
  • This is a paid internship: $20/hour for approximately 40 hours per week in-person at our Minneapolis office
  • Interns will earn Sick and Safe Time in accruals based on hours worked
  • The internship is planned to run from September - December 2026. The Strategy Intern will be considered for a full-time job at broadhead at the conclusion of the internship.
