Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation: Rough-in and finish plumbing for new residential homes, including water, waste, and vent systems.

  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow blueprints and builder specifications.

  • Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work for accuracy and functionality.

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and general contractors.

  • Material Handling: Manage inventory of tools and materials on job sites.

  • Problem Solving: Address site-specific challenges and adapt to changes in plans or schedules.

  • Clean Job Sites: Maintain safe and tidy workspaces throughout the duration of each project.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in residential new construction plumbing.
