Job description

Assists the production regulatory analysts with routine clerical, accounting, and administrative responsibilities in the management of daily production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Production Regulatory Analysts with preparing monthly state and federal oil, gas, and water production reports.

  • Learn the production accounting and regulatory reporting systems used to maintain production master data.

  • Assist with entering and updating production information, gas analyses, well attributes, and regulatory master data.

  • Support preparation of state well tests and other routine regulatory filings.

  • Assist with production audits, third-party audits, and monthly production verification reports.

  • Coordinate, organize, scan, and maintain regulatory files and electronic records.

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between production systems and regulatory reports.

  • Assist with maintaining production reporting documentation and supporting audit records.

  • Learn production facility flows and how production data impacts regulatory reporting.

  • Support special projects involving data cleanup, system testing, reporting improvements, andprocessingdocumentation.

  • Assist in researching production discrepancies and resolving data issues under supervision.

  • Perform routine clerical, accounting, and administrative responsibilities supporting the Production Regulatory group.
