Job description

Onebridge, a Marlabs Company, is a global AI and Data Analytics Consulting Firm that empowers organizations worldwide to drive better outcomes through data and technology. Since 2005, we have partnered with some of the largest healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and government entities across the globe. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled User Experience Process Analyst to join our innovative and dynamic team.

This role requires working standard business hours aligned to the Eastern Time (EST) zone.

User Experience Process Analyst | About You

As a User Experience Process Analyst, you are responsible for deeply understanding business problems beyond their stated symptoms and translating those insights into clear, usercentered process recommendations. You immerse yourself in user workflows, map endtoend processes, and uncover the root issues that shape how solutions should be designed. You partner closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to create structure from ambiguity and advocate for thoughtful experience design. You think with AI, automation, and agentic outcomes in mind, ensuring processes are understood before technology layers are applied. Through listening, facilitation, and critical thinking, you help teams reduce complexity and make confident, informed decisions.

User Experience Process Analyst | Day-to-Day

  • Engage directly with business partners to uncover underlying challenges and clarify what users truly need to be successful.
  • Analyze and document workflows to visualize how work currently gets done and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to shape wellrounded requirements that integrate both process insight and user experience considerations.
  • Develop clear, concise deliverables, such as process diagrams, user themes, and operational insights, to support decisionmaking.
  • Evaluate where AI, automation, or agentdriven capabilities could enhance a process once core needs have been defined.
  • Bring structure to loosely defined or evolving problems by facilitating alignment discussions across crossfunctional teams.

User Experience Process Analyst | Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in process analysis, UX research, service design, business analysis, or a related experiencefocused discipline.
  • Strong UX mindset with demonstrated ability to map processes, synthesize user insights, and break down complex problems into clear, actionable components.
  • Proven communicator skilled in listening, translating technical and business information, and guiding conversations across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working in dataheavy environments, including exposure to data products, data quality considerations, lineage, and datadriven requirements.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, bring structure to evolving problem statements, and work effectively in fastmoving environments exploring AI and agentic models.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or agentdriven workflows, along with curiosity and openness to learning emerging technologies, is a strong plus.
