Digital Media:

This team gives you a hands-on look at how it all comes together. As a Media Intern, you’ll gain exposure to both our Programmatic Media and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) teams, learning how digital media is planned, optimized, and executed across major platforms. This internship focuses on analyzing data and performance trends to uncover what drives campaign success. You won’t be designing creative assets, but your insights will help guide creative direction and ensure we’re continually optimizing for the strongest results.


Brkthru Marketing:

On this team, you’ll work alongside our internal marketing team to create high-impact campaigns that support both internal initiatives and client success. You’ll help design creative assets, develop sales and marketing materials, contribute to social media content, and even bring a little joy by updating our Barkthru.com pet profiles. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, design, and marketing analytics to apply and grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Organizational Management:

This team offers the opportunity to join our Organizational Management team and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of people operations including Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Recruitment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to see how people, processes, and culture work together to drive our team’s success. You’ll take part in projects that strengthen the employee experience, support talent growth, and build scalable programs while learning what it takes to develop an organization that’s built to grow.


Client Services:

On this team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the execution and performance of digital advertising campaigns from start to finish. You’ll help ensure campaigns launch smoothly, creative assets are delivered accurately, and reporting reflects meaningful results. This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to manage client partnerships in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, giving you valuable insight into how professional service organizations deliver value and build trust with clients.


Information Technology Team:

This internship offers a chance to see how that happens from the inside. As an IT Intern, you’ll support a variety of projects that keep our systems running efficiently and securely. You’ll help document key processes, assist with the rollout of new tools and contribute to projects that improve how our teams work across platforms. This internship is a great opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a professional setting while learning how IT supports a fast-paced, people-centered business. Tech team opportunities could also be centered around data analytics/pipelines or AI initiatives.

Requirements:
