Interns are often given the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects, work closely with experienced professionals, and present their findings or ideas. The workload is designed to both challenge and educate, helping you develop practical skills while gaining insight into the organization's operations. Collaboration with other interns and staff members is common, fostering a supportive learning environment.
