Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong background in legal writing. This role is focused on handling complex legal research, case preparation, and drafting essential legal documents. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on complex immigration matters.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members.
  • Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents including motions, petitions, briefs, and other case filings.
  • Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and develop tailored legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to maintain efficiency and quality.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Strong expertise in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to draft persuasive and well-structured legal arguments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency (preferred).
Schedule & Work Environment:

Monday to Friday
Hybrid Remote – Must Relocate to Fall River, MA before starting work
