What is a fall analyst?

Fall Analysts are typically undergraduate students or recent graduates who participate in short-term internship programs at financial institutions, such as investment banks or consulting firms, during the fall season. These programs offer hands-on experience, exposure to the industry, and opportunities to work on real projects alongside full-time professionals. Fall Analyst positions are competitive and often serve as a pathway to full-time roles or summer analyst positions.

The work environment is fast-paced, and you may rotate between different teams or assignments, which helps broaden your skill set. It's a great opportunity to learn industry best practices, strengthen your analytical abilities, and build a professional network.
