CI Select is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager––Falkbuilt to join our industry-leading team. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate wall system projects from concept to completion, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. You'll collaborate with Workplace Consultants, Designers, clients, vendors, and service providers––making a direct impact on CI Select's reputation for quality and innovative wall solutions. Your leadership will help us deliver seamless, high-quality installations and inspire confidence in every project.
What You'll Do:
  • Champion Company Culture: Embody CI Select's core values of Give It Your All, Enjoy Doing It, Grow Together, Inspire Confidence, and Take Ownership in every aspect of your work.
  • Lead amp; Develop Project Success:
    • Discover and document the scope of wall projects in partnership with sales and design teams.
    • Proactively communicate with clients about open orders, punch lists, and project status.
    • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders from project kickoff to completion.
    • Attend client construction meetings as needed to represent CI Select's wall solutions.
    • Coordinate pre-installation site visits and manage product delivery schedules.
    • Troubleshoot issues during installation, collaborating with manufacturers, consultants, designers, and installers.
    • Schedule and conduct post-installation walk-throughs with clients and field teams.
    • Manage and distribute project punch lists, track concealed damage, and respond to warranty issues promptly.
    • Monitor labor costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
    • Schedule all wall installations and communicate effectively with internal and external team members.

What We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management).
  • Experience: 3 or more years of experience in account or project management within the prefabricated wall solutions or demountable walls industry or 5 or more years of experience in construction project management preferred.
  • Driver's License: Valid state issued driver's license required. Valid state issued Class E Chauffeurs license required (or must be obtained). Must have proof of automobile liability insurance.
  • Travel: Someone that can commit to up to 20% travel (mostly out of state).
