If you’re looking for meaningful part‐time work where your administrative gifts directly support Gospel ministry, The Family of Faith Lutheran Church invites you to consider joining our team. We are seeking a warm, organized, service‐minded Administrative Assistant who thrives in a flexible, friendly church office environment.

This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible hours during normal office times, enjoys helping people, and values work that makes a real difference in the life of a congregation.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Pastor, Elders, and Board of Directors with daily administrative needs
  • Prepare Sunday bulletins, newsletters, prayer lists, and welcome packets
  • Update church website, LED sign, and video announcements
  • Maintain the church calendar and church records
  • Manage phones, email, and member communications
  • Coordinate readers/greeters, attendance logs, and monthly calendars
  • Assist with special projects such as baptism certificates, memorial bulletins, event registration, and volunteer onboarding
