The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:

  • Acquire sufficient product for each Compassion in Action (C.I.A.) event/outreach.
  • Secure locations and management personnel for each C.I.A. evangelism training and packing event.
  • Create the program and recruit program participants for each C.I.A. event.
  • Communicate with partner ministries re the allocation of products and the details of training and packing events
  • Recruit and supervise volunteers for each packing event.
  • Manage follow-up process after C.I.A. packing and distribution (e.g., debrief, story gathering, data collection)
  • Develop ongoing relationships with inner-city partner churches, encouraging C.I.A. participation.
  • Cultivate financial and volunteer involvement of resourcing churches in C.I.A.
  • Create and manage C.I.A. department goals and budget each fiscal year.
  • Actively raise and maintain financial support necessary to support wage compensation requirements according to corporate compensation policies and set rates.

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree
  • 3 years relevant experience.
  • Budgeting experience a plus.
