Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Miami Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department during the night shift ( 11pm-7am), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of patient care that meets the highest standards.

  • Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure complicance with safety standards and protocols.

  • Training and Development -conduct training sessions for new hires and ensure that all staff is up to date on the latest procedures and practices.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Florida

  • At least (2) years of experience as a registered nurse

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
