Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Housing Assistant to provide administrative support and outstanding customer service for housing program participants and applicants.
Key Responsibilities

-Answer phones and assist clients with housing program inquiries.
-Process applications and determine participant eligibility.
-Explain program policies and conduct orientations.
-Verify income information and calculate tenant rent responsibility.
-Maintain case files, waiting lists, and participant records.
-Schedule appointments, interviews, and inspections.
-Prepare correspondence, reports, leases, contracts, and notices.
-Process payments and support general office operations.

Qualifications

-High school diploma or GED required.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, basic
-Microsoft Word, and basic math.
-Strong computer, organizational, and multitasking skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
